The hotel was reasonably clean, modest, had very very helpful staff on night shift. In general, I thoroughly enjoyed my great value and neat room with air freshener. The atmosphere created was family. The location was ideal and NICE for walking around a well-known mosque. Nice restaurant provided Chinese dishes.

Spacious family room, clean beds, and convenient location near Jonker Walk. Iron and ironing board provided in the room. Good breakfast selection with plenty of choices. Very affordable price for the Family Suite room. Water heater and pressure in good condition.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel that met all our needs, and we highly recommend visiting the nearby Geographer Cafe for their amazing coffee.

There was nothing to like to be honest, very dirty and runned down. The health spa was a health risk full of old men smoking which were in turn staff!!! Breakfast full of hair that's if there was any left. Then to top the stay off they ripped us off by booking their taxi friends!!!! Poor poor hotel, actually I would not classify it as a hotel. Beware, Irish travellers.

We didn't use much facilities in Hallmark Hotel but from the room that we stayed for 3D2N,it's quite comfortable staying inside the room.The room is well arranged.The bathroom is clean & dry.
What I don't like about the hotel is it's far from the shopping malls & food stalls.The fridge in the room is not cold.
